  ⌞➮ Hello guys! This time I bring you something different.. it's something very simple. So, what I'm going to do is describe what's in my fridge with a, an, some and any. Let's Start! - Ok the first thing I found were some strawberries  ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏ Then i found some milk, it was just bough, hahahaha. ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏ After this I also found any butter! And well, it wasn't new after all. ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏ I found some tomato sauce! ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏ I also have some cheese, and yes, it's new!! ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏ Yummyyy.. also found a pot of ice cream!!! Remember.. Don't eat it in excess  ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ And finally I had a package of hot dog sausages.     ⌞➮  Hi!! It's me again!!! This time I bring you the part 3, you could say about what I ate yesterday, but now I am going to highlight the food in the following way;; Green;; Good     Orange;; Normal     Red;; Bad °↳ Breaĸғaѕт I had cereal with yogurt for breakfast, it was very delicious, I recommended it!!   °↳  Lυncн For lunch I made myself a soup with noodles , something simple and very delicious. °↳ Dιnner And finally at dinner I ate a pizza , remember that you can eat it but not excessively! That was it for today guys, see you later!!

  ⌞➮   Hi! Dear followers, this time I bring you again about what I ate yesterday! I will also tell you if they are healthy or not.    Let's Start!  🌱 °↳ Breaĸғaѕт Well, for breakfast I had two breads with ham and coffe with milk, very delicious! 🗒 ❛  Healthy or Unhealthy?  ༉‧₊˚✧   So, ham help us overcome stress and anxiety and is also a source of high-value proteins.. On other hand, some say that coffe with milk is bad since it mixes the tannis of the coffe with casein of the milk, but others say that it is good since the two together contain many nutrients. Soo.. I think is good and it's not so bad after all.   °↳  Lυncн For lunch I ate grilled chicken..Yes.. grilled chicken. 🗒 ❛  Healthy or Unhealthy?  ༉‧₊˚✧   Grilled chicken skin contains cholesterol and fats that are bad for the body, and so do french fries.. You could eat this but not in excess. °↳ Dιnner And finally for dinner I had a delicious beef stew.. 🗒 ❛  Healthy or Unhealthy?  ༉‧₊˚✧   I recommend them because

  °↳ Breaĸғaѕт For breakfast i had bread and butter, and coffee. It was light and it was so very delicious..  I ate about two breads.   °↳  Lυncн Then at lunch I had some delicious green noodles with a little meat. I loved lunch.. Noodles are my favorites !! °↳ Dιnner And finally at dinner I ate a delicious sweaty chicken with green beans, this is made with potatoes but i changed it to fried sweet potato pieces.  I recommend it is very good.
