Let's go!  ] ❞ -   ͙۪۪̥˚┊❛ Workout ❜┊˚ ͙۪۪̥◌ ✧ 30- second plank (right) ✧ 30- second plank (left) ✧ 30- second plank (center) ✧ 10 lunges each side (2 sets)  ✧ 10 burpees -   ͙۪۪̥˚┊❛ Diet  ❜┊˚ ͙۪۪̥◌ ✧ Breakfast ;; Natural orange juice ✧ Lunch ;; 3-4 slices of pineapple natural or in its juice,  grilled chicken breast and undamaged yogurt ✧ Snack;; 2 slices of natural pineapple in its juice. ✧ Dinner;; 3-4 slices of pineapple natural or in its juice, hard-boiled egg or omelette and skimmed yogurt -   ͙۪۪̥˚┊❛  Tips  ❜┊˚ ͙۪۪̥◌ Here are some tips -u- ✧ Eat consciously ✧ Go little by litte  ✧ Have the help of a professional   “=⌕ That's all guys, I hope Its help you!! Why?,, I'm going to participate in the Empire State Bulding run-up competition! ⇐ ˏˋ   °•*⁀➷ So, I'm going to tell you what do you need to participate in this competition.                                                                                                                                                  Let's Start! The first thing is to speak with a fitness coach and it will give you some recommendations, one of them would be running up steaps, so in that case it would be better to schedule a time to perform this exercice, for example; for ten weeks. We have to have a lot of resistance so it is better to plan a  balanced diet.  (^▽^). We can also run long distances at slow weight, so we will work better on resistance. I hope so  ₍ᵔᵕ̳ᴥᵕ̳ᵔ₎っ                                          Today I am going to tell you what happened to my maternal grandmother for not eating healthy food..  Let's Start!-  𓃔 ︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶ ︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶ ︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶ ︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶ ︶︶︶︶︶༉‧₊˚. Ok first of all  my granny really liked unhealthy food.. My family always told her not to eat those things a lot but she couldn't help it. There also times when I would tell my brother to go buy him chocolates or something similar. Sometimes he said that his eyes hurt and he couldn't see so well And the day came, February 9th, 2010, my  grandmother died of diabetes... ︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶ ︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶ ︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶ ︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶ ︶︶︶︶︶༉‧₊˚. : ̗̀➛ So guys, you see how important healthy food is? thanks to it we can avoid diseases like that (diabetes; a disease in which the blood glucose (sugar) levels are very high)..
