✧ 30- second plank (right)
✧ 30- second plank (left)
✧ 30- second plank (center)
✧ 10 lunges each side (2 sets)
✧ 10 burpees
- ͙۪۪̥˚┊❛ Diet ❜┊˚ ͙۪۪̥◌
✧ Breakfast;; Natural orange juice
✧ Lunch;; 3-4 slices of pineapple natural or in its juice,
grilled chicken breast and undamaged yogurt
✧ Snack;; 2 slices of natural pineapple in its juice.
✧ Dinner;; 3-4 slices of pineapple natural or in its juice,
hard-boiled egg or omelette and skimmed yogurt
