✧ 30- second plank (right)

✧ 30- second plank (left)

✧ 30- second plank (center)

✧ 10 lunges each side (2 sets) 

✧ 10 burpees


-   ͙۪۪̥˚┊❛ Diet ❜┊˚ ͙۪۪̥◌


Breakfast;; Natural orange juice


Lunch;; 3-4 slices of pineapple natural or in its juice,

 grilled chicken breast and undamaged yogurt

Snack;; 2 slices of natural pineapple in its juice.

Dinner;; 3-4 slices of pineapple natural or in its juice,

hard-boiled egg or omelette and skimmed yogurt
